Dress-a-Child
This program provides new outfits, underwear, shoes, socks, backpacks and school supplies for kindergarten
through 5th-grade children for the first day of school. We also administer a workbook fund for
children from low-income families
throughout the school year.
Thanksgiving Baskets
Participating church volunteers prepare and deliver food baskets to
needy senior citizens in our area.
Youth sort and pack non-perishable food items that are donated by churches and people in the community.
Adults deliver the baskets on the Monday morning prior to Thanksgiving.
Family Christmas Outreach
Each member church provides gifts and household items for a specific number of
low-income families. Food is
provided through the food pantry, and donations are collected through the community, schools and churches.
Volunteers sort and pack the food and other items and distribute them at a designated pick-up site on the
Saturday prior to Christmas.
Flock around the Block
The only fundraiser Interfaith conducts to provide for our projects to the needy, this 5-K walk/run takes place the first Saturday
in April. It is open to all ages, and preregistered participants receive t-shirts. Runners’ time is officially clocked. Join us for this family
friendly event and help support Interfaith.
